FEES

• Individual Sessions - $120
• Family Sessions - $150
• Consultation & Advocacy at School meetings- $120 per hour, including travel time
• If the fee presents a hardship or barrier to mental health treatment for your family, I am happy to discuss sliding-scale fee options

PAYMENTS

• Payment is due at the time of service
• Cash, personal check and all major credit cards are accepted
• HSA & FSA cards are accepted for mental health services

INSURANCE

• I am in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, BlueChoice  and Cigna insurance plans. 
• Or, if you would like to use your out-of-network insurance benefits, I am happy to provide you with a receipt of services that you may submit to your insurance company for partial reimbursement. It is advised that you call your insurance company to verify out-of-network coverage for outpatient mental health services.

If you do not attend your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you may be asked to pay the full cost of the session.
